There are six ways to use a wrench

The method of using torque wrench is analyzed as follows:

1. Determine the preset torque value according to the required torque value of the workpiece.

When using a torque wrench, first connect the square tenon of the wrench to the auxiliary accessories (such as the socket, all kinds of batch nozzles) to ensure that the connection is ok. Before reinforcing the torque, set the value of the force that needs to be strengthened, lock the locking device, adjust the direction switch button to the direction of the afterforce, and then operate it for 5-6 times in a rapid and continuous manner to fully lubricate the internal components of the wrench and make the torque wrench more accurate and durable.

2. When setting the preset torque value, pull down the locking ring on the wrench handle and turn the main scale line and differential scale line of the hand-knuckle ruler to the desired torque value. After adjustment, loosen the ring and lock the handle automatically. In the use of torque wrench, first according to the requirements of the measuring workpiece, select a moderate range of torque wrench, the measured torque value should not be less than 20% of the torque in the use of the measuring range, too large measuring range should not be used for the reinforcement of small torque parts, small measuring range of torque can not be used to exceed the measuring range;

3. During the measurement, the hand should grasp the effective range of the handle and slowly add force along the direction perpendicular to the torque wrench shell until the sound of "tower" is heard from the torque wrench. At this time, the torque wrench has reached the preset torque value. In the process of force application, according to the national standard instrument operation specifications, the vertical deviation should not exceed 10 degrees. The deviation in the horizontal direction should not exceed 3 degrees, and the operating personnel should ensure that the force range of the upper, lower, left and right should not exceed 15 degrees.

Four, the use of large specifications of torque wrench, can be added with a long sleeve rod to operate to save effort in order not to make the measurement results due to the horizontal and vertical direction of deviation and impact, in the measurement, should be in the force control end to apply a vertical downward stable force value, and then manually add force, so that the use of more accurate value.

Reading of torque wrench: if it is a torque instrument with a meter, directly read the data indicated by the pointer is the measured data value; If it is a sleeve with a minor scale indicator, the scale value on the main scale shall be read first, and the sum of the scale values on the minor scale or differential cylinder shall be the measured data value.

Torque wrench is a measuring tool, should be handled lightly, can not replace a hammer, not when please pay attention to the torque to the minimum value, stored in a dry place. Torque wrench has a wide range of applications. It is relatively simple to reinforce the torque, and can be operated by setting the required torque value.
